Networking with Win XP and 98

I am in the prcess of upgrading my main computer to Win XP. But I am going to keep 98se on my other one. Will I have any compatibility problems networking one puter running XP and the other running 98? I'm just using a cable modem, netgear router and standard network cable with ethernet cards on each system. All is OK most of the time the way it is with 98 on both.

should not have any problems but as with anything that have to do with computers, you really will not know until you try.
