Hi
im connecting wireless and everytime i startup my laptop i carnt connect to the net,Ive check and its my defualt gateway failing,
I have my setting as automatic resolve Ip,DNS and all that and use a different Ip address only way I can solve this is run the connection diagnostic in the new internet explorer this sort the problem fine,
I have 2 more pcs connected on this network and they never had/have this prob
not sure what other details you guys need im sure it not my firewall but im it could be,I have 8meg Broadband,the same thing happens if i try using a wired connection on this laptop as still using same IP, even if i restart wired or wireless to get another ip/dns and that,still the default gateway fails
