My friend Ricky likes to tell this one. It looses something in writing though.
A penguins car is having some engine trouble. He takes it to a local garage and is told that it'll be a half hour while he locates what the problem is. During that time, the penguin waddles over to a local convenience store to get a few ice cream bars. The penguin really likes vanilla so he gets a few bars and then goes down to eat them. Since he's only got flippers, he eats the ice cream kind of awkwardly, making a real mess, dripping ice cream all over himself and the bench. Then fat and happy, waddles back to the garage. Soon as he comes in, the mechanic says "looks like you blew a seal".
"Its ice cream! Can't a penguin eat ice cream without people accusing me of lewd acts!"
