I did it this way:
download SWF Opener 1.3 from HERE (http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Multimedia_and_Graphics/Video_and_Animation_Tools/SWF_Opener_Download.html)

Locate the .swf file from your temp internet files - tools> internet options > general tab, click settings (under temporary internet files) > view files. It will be in there somewhere,mine was called winrg. Right-click the item and copy it to your desktop or somewhere handy. Then you should be able to open it in swf viewer :)
