Sometime over the Summer, downloads on my Apple has been troublesome. In Safari, instead of downloading in my download window, it says it's downloading in iGetter. I looked on Apple's website and it shows iGetter as a seperate download manager. For mine all that comes up is this:

Do you have iGetter installed? Or have you ever had it installed?

Not to my knowledge, unless it comes installed. Is there a way to delete it?

It must be installed or had been installed in the past. It doesn't come with any Mac. Do a search of your hard drive for it. If it's there launch it and see if there's a preference to configure it for downloads.

Hmm, well I found some iGetter one my computer, but the plugin and bundle doesn't have a default program it opens up in with the excemption of .plist.

Familar with this? I'm not sure on what to do.

That's a preference file. Try simply trashing that file.
