Unhappy e-bay tool bar

I have downloaded the e-bay tool bar and cant get it to show. I have gone to view and the e-bay tool bar does not show under tool bars. I have the Icon in the system tray. How can I get it to open ?

rclick on the icon see if you get a menu just guessing

Go into View>Toolbars and check that lock toolbars isn't ticked, it may be that that is the reason why it can't install the toolbar properly

no that is not the problem either. I keep trying to click on each icon but it wont load.

What version of IE are you using? If it's 5.0 or earlier it would be worth upgrading, there are some glitches with 5 and toolbars.

I am using IE6. This browser seems to nothing but give me problems. It keeps freezing all the time. Should I maybe try another browser?

it is acording to your os if you have 9x it will sureally give you prob.

Try a repair of IE.

Goto Add/Remove Programs and click to remove IE, you should get the option to repair.


Else, try Mozilla.
Checkout the skins to change the appearance of the browser.

Gentlemen,
Thanks for al the help. I found out the problem. I needed to check a box to allow third party browser extensions. It is now working. I appreciate all the help. Thanks again
