firefox problem

I just uploaded a htm file to my site. the file contains a background, picture and text.
I checked the file from my site on IE6 and it works OK, but on Mozilla Firefox the file appears without background and picture, all the rest works OK.
Usually I had no such problems with Firefox. What can happened now?
Maybe somebody can check on his firefox. the address is
www.sefer-li.net\mu.htm

please advise
thanks

You have given your file a local path.
You need to give it a path from the webroot or including the domain.

www.sefer-li.net\mu.htm

=

www.sefer-li.net/mu.htm

You had the slash the wrong way and it wouldn't load the page

I do not see a background nor a picture, just a bunch of text and links that are oriented to the left.

However, I took a look at www.sefer-li.net/index.htm, your index file, and it displayed both a background and picture. Perhaps you should look at the code of that page.

I am using firefox.

No I didn't. This is because you have the image linked to a file on your PC. So how am I supposed to get access to it?

Learn how a webserver works and where you should store files and reference them.
