convert 3 files into 1

hi, i have a movie on my computer split into 3 files. its all part of the same movie, but split into three. is there a way to take th three files and make them into 1, and put it in the correct order? and if possible make a scene election so if i push the skip button it will go to scene 2 or 3 etc (not needed though) The file is mp4.

What kind of movie file. MPEG files can be joined using DOS/Command Prompt commands.

it is a mpeg-4, how can i put it into one file?

You will need DVD authoring software to do that, like Adobe Encore (http://www.adobe.com/products/encore/) or Nero. You can also use the Windows Movie Maker version included with XP Media Center Edition 2005 or Windows Vista, as they include DVD authoring tools.
