ntfs to fat 32

I have a win 98se. I have a hard drive that is ntfs. How do I remove the ntfs file so I can use it as fat 32. I want to keep the data that is on the drive. This drive came out of a 2000k machine.

I'm sure there's a better way, but Partition Magic will convert NTFS to FAT....

Got the program and ran it. Seems to have worked ok. I wont know until tomorrow when I put it back in the 98 machine. Thanks.
