Help with error message

:confused: :michaelan i downloaded a music file and quit it half way through, it must have something wrong with it because when i originally went to view it in "my music" a message came up saying "there is an error, my documents needs to close" with a tag of send error report or not. i need to delete this file as it plainly has something wrong with it, however i cant get anywhere near it. every different approach i take to get to it, i am met with this same box saying it needs to close, have you any sugggestions? this would be hugely appreciated as i am not the most computer literate person around.

See if you can delete it in Safe Mode.

To get into Safe Mode, reboot and as soon as you see the Windows splash screen, press the F8 key or just start pressing and releasing the F8 key when the computer begins to boot up.

That will get you to the boot menu where you can choose Safe Mode.

i restarted it from an earlier saved date in safe mode. nice one for helping, thanks a lot :thumbsup: :michaelan
