i know i used to play War3 on a system with comprable stats to that. It would play fine for a while, and they start getting choppy and virtually inplayable. I generally fixed this by closing the game, and restarting the comp.

WoW is likely goind to be choppy no matter what, with all the internet type calculations it has to do at the same time as processing the graphics and what not.

What kind of video card do you have (that could also be the issue)

video card is probably the issue then.

War3's recommended sys req call for a 32mb card, and WoW's minimum sys req calls for 32mb

i would defenitally upgrade the video card. I might also get another 512 chip of ram depending on whatever else your comp runs at the same time as WoW. I would suggest an agp slot video card if you have a agp slot. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814164056
and if you have a pci slot. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814139144

I'm suprised you can run those on your comp, I use a pentium 4 sometimes and it won't run delta force land warrior demo hardly. thats why I use my pentium three, it runs stuff better then a P4.

Your video card is more than likely the problem - did you make sure all of your settings are turned all the way down on WoW? Set everything to the lowest possible setting, if that still doesn't help at all, new video card IMO.
