Ok, I wanted to add a page to my Blog with a movie on it..
The movie was a youtube movie that I wanted in quicktime, so I first used this converter to convert to avi..

Secondly, I used this flash video player by adding it to my CPanel.

Now when I added the video like they said to in the html form in my post..
[flashvideo width="320" height="240" filename="videos/video.flv" returnpage="http://www.sportstunne* r.com/wp-content/Videos/2c11d7194b* ec520ff5dccf37ec9df662.avi"
I get this when I open up the page..
It says click here to download Flash Player and I have the newest version on my computer.
