Question about Outlook

Hi,

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to create a "model" of an email message that has blank areas that MUST be filled in before sending the message out. I use e-mails a lot for work and would really need something like this because I often forget to put in information in the e-mails (I deal w/ tons of mail a day).

What I would need is a model that forces me to put in all the info in the areas where it is required and will not allow me to send the message if all the info isn't put in.

Is this possible with Outlook? Maybe other programs?

I don't think it is possible with a default setup.
If may be possible using a VBA Macro???

It sounds as though you want an online form processing script with validation.

well, yes it should be the same concept of an online form with definite fields that must be filled out in order to proceed. I imagined it would not be possible with Outlook but thought I'd give it a try!
