graphics card (again)

Hi my previous post was (3d graphics card) I have now aquired a computer with most of its parts except harddrive. I have boosted my ram from 188mb to 380mb. Their is what i believe to be a video/graphics card but i do not know if agp or pci i installed it but my computer said that it could not find drivers!! it tried but for some reason could not do it. I have taken it back out it has written on it "d-link dfe-530tx rev-a1" it also has a telephone input thingy but its not for plugging in your telephone if you know what i mean. This computer also has a dvd-r/rw which my present one has not so if i can figure out how to do that, i'll fit that in as well. But back to graphics card any advice on what to do next?

d-link dfe-530tx is an Ethernet card not a graphics card. http://www.dlink.com/products/?sec=0&pid=122
The "telephone input thingy" is for a CAT-5 cable or otherwise known as a network cable.
