View Full Version : Cannot Read Subscription Data-Norton AntiVirus

Recently, I started getting a Norton Anti-Virus pop up message every day stating "Cannot read subscription data. You may need administrator privileges." When I open Norton Anti-Virus, there is a green check mark to the left of Subscription Service. However, it also states "Not Installed" to the right of Subscription Services. I have SystemWorks 2003, running Windows XP Home. I am the only person who uses my computer. How can this problem be rectified?

If it is a legal copy, then contact Symantec. There is an area on their site for subscription service issues. Their knowledge base may have the anwer to your questions as well.
