I have a picture, and it's in a good high resolution at it's original size, which is only a few inches at best. I need to increase it's size, while maintaining it's resolution, so that I can print it in high res. Does anyone have any idea how I can do this? I'm not very familiar with image editing software, but any solution will be appreciated.
Thanks!

Simply stated, you can not increase an image dimensions and retain original quality. It's just not possible. There are no plug ins that will do this, there's no magic button.
You can increase size, but you will always lose quality. Always
That being said, there are Photoshop plug ins like Alien Skin's Blow Up or Genuine Fractals that will allow some minor increases and retain a bit more quality than Photoshop alone. But there is no real fool-proof solution to what you want to do. Your best bet is to start with a larger image to begin with.
