My friend Audrey is using a Excel spreadsheet. She is trying to add up the total for one column and each time one of us tries this the result or the total comes up like this ######. Please help us. Thank you!

Hi. It means the result is too big to display in the width of the column.
Widen the column or reduce the size of the font.
