Cant Ping

Windows Vista Ultimate. Cant ping myself or anyone else. Would appreciate some help. Thanks and ahave great week.

Check that your default Network Interface Card is the same one you're currently using for the internet, otherwise your card will be trying to access nothing

IronAces there the same. I even tried to ping a different IP wouldn't work. Thanks.

Ok, so you can browser the web and whatever, you just cant ping yourself or anyone else or source?

I can do everything else just cant ping. Not sure what the problem is. Thanks for helping.

you need to be sure you're running cmd as admin. in the start search type cmd then right click on it and choose to run as admin. hopefully that helps
