I can't seem to drag the Links bar so that it's open under the address bar. The little vertical line next to the right facing double arrows seems greyed. (I do have the links option enabled) How do I resolve this?

By the way, can a mouse wear out? I 've had my cordless PS/2 mouse for quite a few years and it suddenly went dead. I've changed the batteries, given it a good clean and pressed the 'connect' buttons, but rigor mortis seems to have set in!

In the View>Toolbars menu there's a facility to Lock Toolbars, if you turn that off it ought to let you drag as you please.

As to mice, yes they do have a finite life, a few years is a good innings for a mouse.

Yes that certainly worked - thanks. I didn't think of deselecting the 'lock toolbar' option.
