SimCity 4 v1.0.272 patch problems

i remembered i had Simcity 4 installed on my comp ages ago, and decided to play, i noticed many bugs so decided to look for a patch, found one v1.0.272, i installed it perfectly, but since i lost the disk ages ago, i have to use no-cd crack.

so heres the deal, when i try to load one of my cities it loads ok, but i get faced with HORRIbly FPS and the screen soughta skips when im scrolling around...(leaving lines when it should off refreshed the screen from me moving around everywhere) and it lags when i put Full speed on (1day=250 milliSeconds)

and whenever something is flying in the air, like planes.... they leave a trail of there textures...., i turned down all the graphics and everything to low and it still gives me the same results, im running a Sapphire Radeon 9550 256mb agp graphics card with cataylst 7.1 updates....whats my problem, it works perfectly,no skipping when im still using the v1.0 normal version..... 0_0

Where did you download the patch from? It might be a bad patch.

i downloaded the patch from www.fileplanet.com because i lost my cd key so i cannot download from the official site.......
