Best PC Game Controller

What's the best PC game controller?
I'm going to be using for sports games, specifically Winning Eleven: Pro

Evolution Soccer 2007.

tmbms pc specs
though that will never happen since the Pentium is dead
i bet a Core 2 Duo 6300 can still rip apart that pentium 7 processor
lol

in 10 years im expecting
something the equivalent of 60GHz or maybe a 32 core 2GHz Processor or a 16 core 4GHz processor

HDD space maybe about 60TB of storage

and RAM... probably around 32-64GB

in ten years the processor seems likely, they discovered that diamonds can be used to make processors, and already have, and of course cheaper man made diamonds can be produced

RAM seems likely as well
since they already have that amount in flash chips...
also MRAM (magnetic RAM) from what ive read it holds alot and is fast
