new video card problems

ok this i hard to explain but i installed my nvidia 7600gs oc 512 mb and im getting weird stuff when i play cs:s liek its fine but when i go to the options menu and back the whole game changes and it is almost like broken glass effects every where i look and some places are fine, whats goign on?

Did you remove the ATI drivers before you took out and put your new card in?

you could try the latest drivers at http://www.nvidia.com/page/home.html

i tryed that and could find anything so i reinstalled the drivers again
