Business vs Home Premium

I was wondering if I can get the Windows Vista Home Premium Tools (download or buy) for Windows Vista Business

Whatever they may be

I ask cause I can only get Business through MSDN from my Uni and want some home tools, not exactly sure whats in Home Premium, i know of Windows Movie Maker, what else is there?
