Unhappy World of Warcraft FPS lag...HELP!

Ok so something is wrong here! My system specifications exceed the WoW "Recommended Specifications" (not the minimum ones) ie:

Recommended Specs:
AMD XP 1500+

1 GB RAM

Blah blah blah video cards, "such as FX NVIDIA GeForce 5700 class card or above."

My System Specs:
AMD XP 4200+

2 GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE

Help!
Whats wrong? I'm getting massive frame per second lag, its as low as 10 FPS if I have all video effects up to full and as low as 13-14 FPS at all effects down.

Gah!!!

Help me!

whats the resolution?
turn off shadowing, and many features, turn off Anti Aliasing
set all details to low or off

the 6150 is a budget card its not surprising it gives 10-15FPS
also turn off background apps

6150 came with the comp lol

Resolution is at 1280x1024

all shadowing is off (you mean pixel shaders?)

Turning off Antialiasing helped a little but it still annoys me. =(

Time for a new video card?

and even at all details at low the FPS gives me a head ache.

You recommend a new video card? if so which one? nothing too crazy... im low on the moolah atm

a new video card is the way to go
if you have a CRT monitor lower the resolution if not then definately a new video card
preferably the Geforce 6600, 6800, 7600, 7800

Actually turning off Antialiasing helped a lot! Wow thank you! BTW can you tell me what Antialiasing did in the 1st place? I notice something different with WoW but cant tell what. And I will probably will get fed up with it and buy a new video card, thanks!

anti aliasing smooths the lines on the picture
with no anti aliasing the picture looks jaggy, called aliasing or the "stair case" effect

when you turn anti aliasing on, it stresses the video card mroe thus slowing the overal performance
