Windows Stop Error

Hi,

I posted this on the XP forum earlier, since then i have installed some new drivers and now, my pc restarts and i get this error EVERY time i try and QUIT a game. These games include SilkRoadOnline and ijjiGunZ. This is the error that comes up after the pc has rebooted:

Why is it only happening when i quit a game? Can i fix it? These are my specs:


AC'97 onboard audio
Geforce 6600 LE 256mb
Pentium4 3.4ghz CPU x 2
1Gb RAM


Any help greatly appreciated...i am going mad...

Tom, we really need to see the Stop error message to diagnose the cause.
Do you ever see the Blue Screen (of death)?
If not, right-click "My Computer", select properties, Select Advanced tab
Under Startup & Recovery, select "settings"
Make sure there are ticks in
Write an event to the system log
Send and administrative alert
and there is NO TICK in
Automatically restart.

That should enable you to give us the exact error.

Thanks for that smurfy, i've done what you said but (touch wood) i think i've fixed it...i rolled back my graphics card driver to the one that came with the installation disc and now the errors have stopped. Although this has only been a couple of days so i'm still expecting the worst!

i'm sick of this damn pc >
