in yahoo i get the message you have an old version of the client in your cache you need to restart your browser and come back to retreive the current version , if restarting does not work, mannually clearing your browser should fix the problem how do i do this?

what browser are you using? You can delete the temporary internet files if using msie or cache in firefox. or you can use ccleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com) and it will find and delete those files for you.
