Exclamation networking 98 to 2k professional

i am trying to network my machine and my parents machine. i got 2k on my machine and my parents have 98se. i got them connected and everything. i can look at my parents computer from my computer(2k), but when i try to look at my computer from my parents computer it asks for a password. as far as i can remember i didnt put a password on it??? any suggestions????

Hi
I think this is normal. The reson is Win2K implements user level security while Win9x share level(unless part of a domain)
Just logon to Win98 machine with the same username password as Win2k machine. If doesn't(win2k one) ask for a u/n on startup it is the one you gave when first installing W2k.
Or you can always create a user on Win2k machine and logon as him on both machine.
What I have outlined is ofcaourse the simplest without any security concern in mind.
