Hey tall one

Where is the location that Ad-Aware finds these? Are you talking about the False Positives Ad-Aware finds in the spybot directory?

For me Ad-Aware finds the signatures of the spyware spybot finds and calls them "data miner" tracking cookies. I placed them in the ignore list.

thank you for your response tweaker ....adaware lists them under items to be removed if they are harmless i stand corrected i just thought it was strange that a program that is supposed to remove spyware inserts what appears to be spyware ...but i am a beginner when it comes to this stuff...although i ve learned a lot since reading thses posts

If you have allowed Spybot to remove things they still are stored on your PC in the Spybot Recovery folder just in case you want to put them back so Ad-Aware is reporting anything in that folder as spyware. Just put it on the ignore list. ;)

Can the spyware it puts in this folder do any harm? Does it automatically delete these after awhile?
In my personal opinion I like spybot better by the way.
