I think XBox 360 has the edge. At least my son thinks so...

Wii
The market says Wii has the gold. Once Ninty gets their good properties on there it'll be awesome (Mario Party, Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Brothers Brawl). Plus Virtual Console for the win.
Good for...
-NES, SNES, N64, MegaDrive & TurboGrafx classics
-Parties
-Cheap fun
-Losing weight

Not good for...
-HD graphics
-Hardcore gamers
-Playing the "cool" next-gen games
-Media centers

XBox 360
XBox 360...it's got the chronological advantage, the 3rd-party support, and some pretty cool XBLA content.

Good for...
-Cheap HD gaming
-HD-DVD supporters
-Niche games on XBLA (Geometry Wars anyone?)
-The game-churning machine
-As a media device

Not good for...
-PC gamers
-Blu-Ray supporters

PS3
Hmm, now what good can I say about the PS3? It's a cheap Blu-Ray player. If you want to buy into the whole HD-format-war battle-of-the-DRM thing. That's about it.

Oh, and I hope the PS3 dies a horrible, lonely death.

Good for...
-Blu-Ray supporters
-The "cool kids"

Not good for...
-Your wallet
-Smooth play
-Early adopters

I'll give a better review later, however...
Styling is one of the big factors.

Nintendo was very smart this time around. They went with the "Ipod" style.

Playstation 3 went with a style that wasn't very creative.

XBOX 360, not a bad style, however the color looked a bit gay, also compared to XBOX 1.

I agree with Oracle's Post
Lets hope lots of 3rd Party Developers join in, that would push the Wii up

If the PS3 wants the crown again
ditch the bluray player to make it cheaper and have it as an addon like the xbox360

The PS3 went with a bananna shaped game pad, again not very creative, just an extension of the original game pad.

While Wii said get moving, don't sit there you lazy gamer.

You can also do your reviews based on Spec's if you wish.

No it doesn't. But the PS2, PC and X360 do.

handheld systems fall under a different catagory tho. atleast i think so, but maybe im just thinking oldschool cause the last one i bought was Gameboy Color.

Anyone remember theoriginal GAME BOY, it was big fat black and white, and you could play tetris or curby's dreamland.

I love the 360 because while playing any game offline or online, you can talk to a friend at any time. Also if they send you an invite to a different game you hit accpet pop the game disk in and wait as the game loads up the rest and puts you right in the room.

Great graphics, ton of old school games you can download, and plenty of toys to addon.

Hearkening back to the days of Desert Combat, where a skilled Apache/Hind pilot (like myself) could easily wipe out an opposing army several times over.

I tried BF2 on the pc, after the 15th butt kicking in a roll I got from a jet I just turned the computer off and walked away...
