Quake 4 - beautifully green!
Hey all
Very good game, if only it wasn't all green! Have read loads of forums, including the Q4 support site. Have the requirements to play, but have a Radeon 9250, and everthing is green no matter what settings I adjust, have the latest drivers from the site. Can anyone tell me how to get round this as I really want to play it, but without the night vision goggles that are glued to the players face - or so it seems!!! Thanks very much

I have the answer!!!
Hold the phone! I have found the answer!
If anyone has been having the same problems with Quake apparently this works: It is related to the wrong rendering path (apparently the Radeon 9250 gets easily confused - bless) Just open the console and type "r_renderer ARB" without the quote marks obviously and away you go
