We have a machine running windows server 2003 in which one remote off site user connects to to access all of the networked drives here at work. We have her set up for VPN access and then once she's connected via VPN, she will remote desktop into this machine. It seems that every three day or so here lately, when she remote desktops into the machine, it will not allow her to access any of the network mapped drives on the machine, giving her the message that they are not connected. Seems the only way to fix this issue is to simply reboot the machine, but this is getting to be a pain. Anyone have any idea what could be going on?
