Problem wioth Appleworks

When I open a new document in Appleworks there are already several unwanted words in it. Although these are easily deleted so i can start with a clean sheet, I would prefer to get rid of them permanently.

How do i do this? My operating system is OS 10.3.9.

In AppleWorks, you can customize the settings for default documents, so that each new document you create has the formatting you specify. However, the FAQ list in the Help menu of the Finnish and Danish versions of AppleWorks lists incorrect file names for default stationery documents.
