I recently re formated my system and windows acknowledges that I have a modem but I cannot access any online providers such as aol. Aol tells me among set up that it detects no modem. I have tried everything from troubleshooting to re-installing the modem. Nothing works.
My sons computer which is a HIQ personal computer has a menace 4 worm trail which was found in the MS-DOS 423.exe file
How do I get rid of this --the antvirus scan that I put on his system wont repair it and it constantly reminds him that it s on his system. what can we do other that re-format everthing?
