I used my brothers computer for a while, and I can't use it anymore because when I tried to turn it on it said the CPU fan was damaged and would immediately shut off again. We replaced the fan and it still says the same thing, that it's damaged and has to turn off even though it's brand new. Is there a way to fix this?
