Hi, and thank you very much for reading my thread. I know this has been answered many times, and i am sorry for this, but what is the best antispyware, anti virus, and firewall protection out there, that is free and i can download? and does anyone have tips on how not to catch a virus or spyware? I have been having many recent problems with viruses in the past, and got my computer fixed many times. I just dont want my computer to have anymore porblems.
