I opened my mail just now, after 2 days i have recieved 25 emails which are all spam, I can see how easy it would be to miss an important email and deleted it by accident.

So I was wondering, in outlook express would it be possible to filter the email addresses that you want, for example, all of my friends and trusted businesses could be directed to a folder. instead of filtering the spam out, filter the emails i want to a folder? does anyone know if this is possible? if not with outlook express, is there any other mail clients i should check out? thanks

In Outlook Express go to Tools>Message Rules. That's where you can tell OE that when a message is from a certain person or address (whichever works best for you), to move it to the folder you indicate.
