i've been trying to copy a Program to CD-Rom, there's 101 files. I copy them all to the disc when i burn them, and they show up on the disc in the CD-ROM, but in Dos in the DIR it only shows 19 files, why is this?

It may depend upon how you have your folder options set up. Are you set to view hidden files? If not try this: open My Computer, up on the top command row click "Tools" and go to "Folder Options" at the bottom. In this new window click "View" and in the "Adanced Settings" window go to "Hidden Files & Folders" and click "Show hidden files and folders" then click "Apply" and then "OK".
Now try to look at the directory and see if you see all the files.
Hope this helps.

DOS Dir command does not show hidden files. Windows Explorer can (per TechDave's explanation above).
The files are there, DOS can't show them to you.
