Firefox won't open

When I try and open Firefox the CPU gets busy but nothing happens.

The Task Manager shows the Firefox process running.

I've recently moved house so am using a new network; I would know where to start if I couldn't connect, but I can't even open the app.

Internet Explorer and other apps. connect ok.

Any advice gratefully received.

what version? anyway, try uninstalling then reinstalling.
