Little Red "X"

I'm trying to view something online and print it out but all I can see is the little red x. It said if that happens to d/l the latest version of Adobe and gave a link to it. I did that and still have the same result.

When I click on start, all programs Adobe is listed there as version 5.0 but when I go to add/remove programs it's listed as 8.0.

Downloading Adobe will only help if the image you are trying to view is a .pdf. What type of image is it? Also, you should really only have one version of Adobe on your computer at a time. I would uninstall all of them, then reinstall the latest version.

I don't know what type of image it is, it's on my work's website. I'm assuming it's a pdf b/c it says if I can't view it to d/l adobe. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling adobe and post my results thanks!
