spam ,not the sandwitch meat

help, I'm receving too much spam mail, from get rich quick mail to
loosing weight,working at home,etc.I recevied 8 -12 of these a
day. How can I stop or slow this mail down, I have Out-look
Express, I/E 6.0 windows me .It started after I ran some test
from PCPITSTOP.

In the short term you can set up filters to automatically dump mail from people who have spamed you before.

In the longer term you need to be more selective about who you give your email address to. One important thing is not to reply to spam or use any unsubscribe instructions - these just confirm to the spammers that your email address is valid and invites more of the stuff

Yep, I agree with Tweaker, Mailwasher is great. Grab the fully functional version while you can. Mailwasher Pro had been released (payware) and although I believe a free version will still be available (for a while anyway), my understanding is that it will have reduced features.

mailwasher should sort you out, you can set filter i think in outlook, that way you can send messages with make moey quick ans such like to a spam folder.
heres an image to illustrate the problem:

i just wish spam was better controlled, it slows down the who internet when millions of unwanted e-mails are send about.
