Exclamation issue with Quicktime in Firefox

A lot of the times when I'm on sites such as YTMND (you're the man now dog!) and I go on a page where a Quicktime plug-in is needed, a window will pop-up asking me to install it

Only thing is, I've HAD the plug-in for quite some time now - when I go to install it, it says it cannot be installed and that I have to manually do it - that doesn't work either

If I open the link in Internet Explorer however, it works fine.

Any ideas?

Well I tried everything they said to do, and also emailed them for further help since nothing seemed to work

Thanks for the link though!
