I need to know if there is anyway I can set it to where my history cannot be deleted, or has to have a password to be deleted. Thanks!!

What operating system...Windows98, ME, 2000, XP Home, XP Pro, Vista, a distro of Linux or on a Mac?
What browser...Internet Explorer, Firefox, something else? If Internet Explorer, what version? If you don't know, in IE click Help>About Internet Explorer to find the version.

i understand it is easy to write a basic dos file that copies your history to a file of your choice at startup or before shutting down, then you can decide when and what to delete.
i dont know how to write the commands but any basic computer programing guide should help you with it.
