I can vistit web-pages but if i need to download something it doesn't let me. I can't sign in msn, if I'm making troubleshoot test it says that My Default gateway appears to be offline.

What is Default gateway and how can i fix it?I want sign in msn and download files.

default gateway means your ISP, (Internet Service Provider). Is the modem connected straight to your computer? Please let me know so that i can help you further. :happy:

Have u enter the correct IP Address, and right VOP/ VRI or what whatever it is, i have forgotten what its name is. If u can get some screenshots of your router configations. It would be easier for me to work out the problem

Only thing i was able to take screenshot was Internet Protocol.

Everything was set to automatic.

I have two computers, both connected to one Router. Only newer pc is having this problem. Might Format C help?
