Hi Guys
I've got a clients DNS server that is populating the DNS server event viewer log with event No 6701 from source DNS i.e Updating it's own A record. This DNS server is the on a DC and is the only DNS server and DC (apart from a forwarder to the router for unresolved queries) on the domain. This entry pops in about every five minutes or more, this seems to be more than usual.
Any ideas as to why or where to check the settings for this?
Any help would be great.
Cheers
Ian
