Computer forgets password
I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with my computer! When I try to sign onto my isp, a message always pops up and says, did you forget your password?, when I know I have written the correct password. I have a suspicion that someone is fiddling with my online account. I always have to answer my security question and enter a brand-new password. Why does this keep happening? Someone please help me out. Thanks in advance.

you can always contact your isp to see if theres been unauthorized access to your account.

If Dan's suggestion doesnt help, you need to speak to your ISP ComputerDunce. Transferring to the Internet Forum.
