I was wondering if it is possible to delete items from the right-click/properties menu when using internet explorer??
To specify, the menu i'am talking about it contains the commands
BACK
SET AS BACKGROUND
COPY BACKGROUND ENCODING
PROPERTIES......ETC just to name a few
My menu contains a link to an inappropriate website that needs deleting ASAP!

Download HijackThis from Here (http://www.lurkhere.com/~nicefiles/). "Scan". HijackThis will show the offending item as "08 extra context menu item". "Fix" it with HijackThis.
or
Go to Start > Run > Regedit, and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
Under MenuExt you will see subfolders named for the menu entries in question.
Click one of them and look in the right pane.
The default value points to a htm file.
Rightclick the menu entry you wish to remove, and choose Delete from the menu.

You could try deleting some registry entries.
Open RegEdit and goto
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
Export the key as a backup.
Any added entries from third party software should be listed.
You can delete them.
