signs of lawsuits yet to come

Just ran across the following article about a lawsuit because the losing bidder thought they had a better product. If successful, I wonder how long it will be before coke sues you for drinking dr pepper because they think they have a better product. :D or Dell sues you because you purchased a Gateway.

Hehe is this happening in the states? I would assume so, didnt read the articl dont have time atm, but it sounds like its the states cause I dont hear too many frivolous cases outside the U.S. kinda like the lady who spilled coffee on her lap and sued mcdonalds or the guy who sued mcdonalds cause he was fat.
