I just bought this pc off e-bay and have only had it for a month exactly what is installed that should not be their so that I can contact e-bay to file my complant about the seller.

Annmarie, the post that you are refering to was for a dell pc that I was trying to fix for a friend if you look at my other post you will see that the pc that ask the most questions about was a sony vaio which I still have and my stepson is using I just bought this gateway pc because I could not add more ram to the vaio. And for the dell I gave everything the the owner had back the problem was fixed by dell over the phone .

That's good to hear partsman845 but the computer that this thread relates to has a cracked OS. By all means point Ebay here and I will be happy to talk to them.
