Windows Media Player

I have the Windows Media Player along with the Quick Time player,
Real Player,and Winamp. On one site that I like to listen the music
that they offer, I'm unable because to listen to the music due to an
error message that keeps coming up called error message C00D1197
saying that the Windows Media Player cannot find the file. This
same Windows Media Player, media player 11 works perfect with
another site that I watch everyday called the cbssportsline sports
update with Jason Horowitz and others. If someone out there could
help me with gaining access to that area in my computer to where I can fix
all my media players including Windows Media Player to work the same,
that would be very cool. Thanks for your help in advance.
