Create FTP server

OK, title says it all.....I want my own FTP site, nothing special, I'm planing on getitng free website to pretty much use a head for it with a link to the FTP site and various other crap

So, I've been messing around with my Windows 2003 machine I now have, and been messing with some FTP programs, yet I'm not finding anything that I really like

So, anyone have any good How-To's or good programs to do it?

Filezilla Server and Cerberus FTP are both pretty easy to setup.

Well Filezilla seems good, it works fine with my firewall shutoff, but with it on no one can connect to the ftp.....I forwarded all the ports listed in this page (http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=24747&group_id=21558) but still nothing

Something I'm missing?

I use XP SP2 firewall, and according to that link I need to forward a range of ports....can't do that with XP's firewall

Why does every firewall I've ever used break everything...........
